Where is Bob Barker?

I just walked home from school and everytime I walk home from school I wonder...where did all these dogs come from? Don´t people watch the Price is Right? Remember to Spay (sp?) and Neuter your pets?

There are MANY stray dogs (and, yes, some cats too). In Santiago, you see stray dogs everywhere too. They are all laying out on cardboard boxes. Some of them look like they might have a home to go home to, others look like they have had their buns chewed a few times too many...it makes me think about Lady and the Tramp when I see these street dogs struttin´about. :)
